Winners' Notification
- In the case of multiple authors, the entry must have one MAIN author and will be judged accordingly.
- 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners from each category (Middle School Story, Poetry, and/or Essay - or - High School Story, Poetry, and/or Essay), as well as Honorable Mentions, Excellence Awards, and/or Judges' Choice winners will be published in the EPIC New Voices 2011 anthology.
- Previous year's anthologies are available as free downloads from both EPIC's website and the New Voices Anthologies page.
- Additional print copies of the latest New Voices Anthology will be available for purchase after EPIC's annual Conference.
- Winners will be notified at EPIC's annual membership conference in Williamsburg, Virginia, March 10-12, 2011, or after the event has finished. Finalists will be notified by the end of January 2011.
Winners are invited to attend the age-appropriate conference events with parental permission AND adult supervision. Attendees are responsible for their own travel, hotel, food, and other expenses. - Winners will receive their prizes via U.S. mail after the 2011 EPIC Conference.
EPIC will use care in sending prizes, but cannot be held responsible for any lost during delivery.
